Hello Friends,
I have a movie in HD (in English) and I have the soundtrack to MP3 (Hebrew)
I want to watch a movie in HD movie dubbed.
MKV add a soundtrack to a file I know,
But do the voice will be compatible with a movie in HD I can not,
I will be happy a detailed explanation how to do it.

Add the audio with mkvtoolnix and try play. If it's a constant out of sync you can adjust a delay in mkvtoolnix.
But if it's a different movie cut you must manually edit the audio track so it matches the video. I don't know the best method for that. -
Hd movie in (English) is 25FPS
movie in (Hebrew) is 25FPS
I spent the movie and mp3 in mkvmerge GUI
I use Media Player Classic
I did -6000ms
It fits the picture but it reaches 20 minutes the film is not suitable for dubbing
Maybe there's a guide showing how to do it ???
