Maybe bdfix. Extract the audio with clown_bd.

If you prefer free tools you can use clown_bd to extract audio and video from the blu-rays and then reauthor to a new blu-ray with multiavchd for example.

Rip first with anydvdhd or dvdfab.

Thanks a lot for Your very quick response

I extracted the audio from 2D with clown_bd - that was fine.
Then I remove the unwanted audios from 3D and added the one wanted audio in multiavchd.
But when I clicked Start, it sad me, that I dont have enough free space and required space is 347GB!
Is this normal? The Blu-ray disk is 50GB and the audio file is about 0,5 GB so I cant understand for what is required too much space. Sad to say I dont have so much space on my disk. Do You thing I did something wrong?

I only want to add the audio to 3D blu-ray disk. I dont want do anything with menus, I dont want to recoding the video. Only add the one audio. Isnt there some simple way to do this?

    edit:
I forgot to say, that the 3D blu-ray disk I have extracted on my HDD yet. So I have the folder with the Blu-ray, and the AC3 audio file and I only want to take this folder and the audio file, put it to some software and give folder (or iso) with blu-ray disk with my added audio. Then I will be lucky.
