I just want to remove the subtitle track from an .mkv file. I have done this many times before using Yamb , but that converts it to .mp4. I just want to remove the subtitle track without changing the filetype/container format.

So, I want to keep: the AVC and DTS tracks and only remove the "UTF-8 - UTF-8 Plain Text".

I would convert/reencode it to .mp4 but I'm not sure what it would do to the quality.
When the subtitles are embedded like that you cannot turn them off with Windows Media Player and WMP is the only thing I will use.
