I'm using DVD Architect and the subtitle has .txt and .sub format ...

My problem now is I need to convert it into .srt format. I tried Subtitle Workshop v2.51, but it didn't work. The subtitle file didn't appear and nothing happened. What should I do now? Is there any converter software or any other way for me to get that .srt format?
