Rare Sync. problem with VCD in my DVD

I have done a VCD (with Nero 5.5.) with nine Bruce Springsteen videos. I had to convert 3 videos (I used TMPGEnc.) from .avi to .mpg format PAL. I burn it and everything worked fine in my Daewoo 8000k but the videos that I didn´t convert (´cause the format was right) have problems synchronitation, and those that I convert are right. None of the original videos have problem. I don´t know if the VCD i burned work fine in other DVD or in my computer ´cause I can´t play it (the computer crash when I trie to play the VCD). I hope anyone can help and excuse me for my english, I´m from spain.
