    I am going to convert VOB files to MP4 H246 and wanted to know sould I convert to MP4 or kMV?

    I am going to use 1,000kbps H246

    Are you asking for a program to convert it with? You could use ripbot264, format factory, or virtualdub with a h264vfw codec installed. Xvid4psp should also work.

    I am soory I ment sould I convert my VOB file to MKV or MP4 coded?

    I will be useing H246 so I can use a Low bit rate to get most compresson at good video

    H264 is OK in both MKV and MP4 container.
