Help? No size is shown for video or audio file.

I installed XMR on my windows 64bit server and downloaded a .mkv to make a BRRip.
I opened it using XMR, and then, I made the necessary audio and video settings.

Then i checked the Bitrate Calculator, but this is what is displayed. Not only in this version, even in earlier versions, the bitrate calc seems to be empty like this.

And even if I ignore the calc thing and Try to encode, the "Program stopped working" windows error is shown and the program crashes.

Anyone know a solution, or a thing which is required to run XMR

hard to tell what you've done. not much usable info in your post. output isn't even the correct fps for the source, i'd assume you haven't filled in some things correctly in the first 3 tabs.

bad video file. just because you downloaded it doesn't mean it was made properly. get the real source and do it yourself.

The thing is, I made a Perfect BRRip from this using Megui..
I love XMR and that's why I sought for help
