I put up a video on my zShare account/page yesterday with this completely obscure file name and description, and it's been viewed 49 times already....and I haven't even heard back from the person who I sent the link to to see if she saw it yet. I don't really care...the video was not personal at all but...wow.

I don't know about direct searching from within zshare but you can do a site search from google.
for example
site:zshare.net filenameDonadagohvi (Cherokee for "Until we meet again") -

I think I found the problem. My completely obscure file name and description was anything but....it matched the abbreviations of two well-known European soccer/football clubs.
