    I have been establishing a collection of DVD ISOs, mounting them to a virtual drive for playback. I am noticing wonderful quality movies 720p 264 AAC encoded as small as 2GB. I would like to convert my 4-8gb DVDs into a smaller size files, but xvid is too lossy for me.

    How do i convert from DVD-ISO to h.264 MKV? Any settings or parameters i should note? Thanks

    on the vh home page there is a search box. type in dvd to mkv.
