You just asked how to match the FPS. That will do it.

And to actually match the frames, depends on how each video was processed to end up with what you have.
Just suck it and see.
I'd use this to compare and revise the code accordingly:
Code:AviSource("source1.avi") .... whatever clip1=last AviSource("source2.avi") .... whatever clip2=last StackVertical(clip1,clip2)
