PC specs are useless in this situation.

The fix is don't zoom/pan while shooting and use a tripod. Your AVCHD cam is shooting 1440x1080 or 1920x1080 interlace so that kind of motion is going to generate extreme deinterlace errors using Pinnacle Studio which is done prior to downsize to 720x480 where they then reinterlace for DVD encode.

Shoot like the big guys do with camera stabilization, limited pan/zoom and limited action in the background.

Shooting 24p isn't going to help if you swing the camera around. Also 24p requires short depth of field lenses.

Here's the point I want to make: if I'm recording the video from the panasonic my with dvd recorder everythings is ok, no rendering problem, no zoom and panning problem. the DVD recorder records the video just as it plays on the camcorder.
If I use my computer to edit the same file with nerovision than I see the zoom and panning problem again.
editing on the recorder is not as easy on the computer, that's why I post the the PC specs to make clear that my pc hardware seems ok. I don't know if it's a software problem.

    Please help!!

When you record to a DVD recorder, the HD to SD analog downsize is being done in camcorder hardware. The problems you are seeing with Pinnacle and Nerovision are due to their methods of software downsize which is deinterlace -> downsize -> reinterlace. A more successful downsize method will separate and downsize fields separately, then reinterlace. This avoids motion deinterlace artifacts.

Thanks everyone, I found the sollution, I configured the ATI display manager,
and now I'm free with panning and zooming in my movie.
Are you can also install only display driver without the Display manager of your videocard.
