Previously I had "output" set to "EVR Custom Pres." but I got bad stutter/jitter so I changed it to "EVR Sync" and the problem almost completely went away. I have no external filters loaded so I'm considering using FFDShow or MadVR to perhaps completely solve my "choppy" videos.
Will using either completely fix my problem or not?
