Editing Blu-ray menu button commands!!

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to insert subtitles to my 3D Blu-ray titles and I've been told the only to do it is to rip it to .mkv (side by side) using DVDFab HD Decrypter, well, I've done it and I got the .mkv file, I imported it in tsMuxeR and inserted the wanted subtitles, then I muxed back into a Blu-ray disc, I got a full working blu-ray disc with no menus, so what I'm trying to do is to put the movie back into the original disc by replacing the original movie file with the one I've got from tsMuxeR after renaming it correctly, just like what I do when inserting subs into a 2D blu-ray movie, but it's not working here because of the menu Play Movie button is commanded to read the SSIF files which aren't present in my case and can't be cause of the size, so is there anyway to edit the Play Movie button command? if there's another method I can use the insert the subs into the 3D title keeping the original menu, it'd be great to know.
