  1. Hey, over the last couple weeks i have been looking at getting a proper, reliable hd solution for recording xbox 360 gameplay. I have pretty much decided on my setup now. I have ordered another xbox with hdmi output as i want to switch to that anyways. I have decided to go from xbox to hdmi splitter and into an intensity pro card in my PC. Now want i need to know is what system specs are required for it to run comfortably and how much hard drive space is needed. Will i need to set up a RAID setup? And do the hard drives have to be capable or a certain speed? Any information you can provide would be excellent.

    Many thanks
    Jack

May I ask why you chose the Intensity Pro when AVerTV's card is half the price? Much less than half here in Canada actually, but I don't see the mail-in rebates on US sites.

Hard drive speed/space is going to be your biggest hurdle, depending on what format you decide to capture into.
