I want to back up my blu rays. After I back up my blu rays is there anyway for me to tell its been ripped. Like is there a TRACE on my blu ray that id be able to tell.

If you mean on the original BR disc then the answer is no. The ripping software is read only and cannot write to the original disc which is locked.
If you mean the backup, your external player's firmware probably knows if it is an original disc or not but the worse it can do is refuse to play it. There is no way for the player to know that this isn't a home authored disc unless it's connected to the internet and can somehow check certain data hidden in the video. Even though I write that it's plausible it's not likely.
The ripping / converting programs however will leave trace information on your computer such as temp files, paths in ini files, registry and logs. Windows too as part of its normal functions also keeps track of recently accessed files on your hdd in various directories and in the registry. A forensic scan of your computer could reveal information including details about the disc such as the name of the movie.There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.
