    Just was going to put my new purchase, harry potter deathly hollows on our media server...BUT, EAC3to says frame rate is 38.205p how can this be? Is it a valid rate for bluray mkv?

    38.205 is not a valid frame rate for BD

    are you using anydvd hd ?

    yep....strange, cause if I set frame rate to 24000/1001 in mkvmerge plays fine. perhaps wierdness in eac3to
