Can anyone recommend software I can use to strip out the audio (or mute the audio) of a video clip (any format) and SAVE the video portion? I have used RealPlayer Converter to strip and save audio from video clips but it doesn't work for retaining the video without the audio. Someone suggested I use QuickTime Pro but I've been having problems with codec plug-ins and was hoping something simpler was out there I coiuld use. Thanks in advance for your help!

avidemux, open video, from the menu under Audio->Main track->Audio source and set it to none. Save as a new mp4,avi,mkv, etc.
