  1. Hi guys,

I have a problem when I encode certain files on my laptop or main computer. As outlined by the red arrow in the picture, I get this line that occurs in some of my source videos even though it is not on the original file. So when it encodes, it encodes the file with the the red line thing on. What is this and is there a way of getting rid of this?

    Thanks

Certain files? WHat kind of files?

You could always try another dvd converter like the freee avstodvd and then import that dvd in tmpgenc dvd author and make your menus, cut, etc. No reconversion.

  3. Hi, thanks for the reply.

It mainly occurs with .mkv files or .avi xvid files

Never had this problem before but has now occurred since having win 7 x64 installed.

as Baldrick mentions, try AvstoDvd..or...FAVC...FAVC hasnt been updated in a while but it still works perfect...and it's easy to use.
