I will be out of the country for a month. If my primary HDD fills up, how do I configure WMC (WIndows 7) to record to a different HDD. I cannot find it in options?
Also, can i program my computer on the internet, like TIVO?

WMC is a decent piece of software, but it doesn't have every option in the book. I don't think it's possible to do what you want. Either delete enough space to cover your needs or buy a much larger hard disk to record the videos to.
As I do not have Tivo (never had any use for it as recording directly to my PC meets my TV recording needs) I do not exactly what you mean with the 2nd question. If you know what you are doing it is possible to access your PC remotely via Remote Desktop or to set up a VNC server (requires installation of 3rd party software) for remote access. Other tools may possibly do this too but I'm not familiar with them. But if you're looking for something to remotely access only WMC rather than the PC itself (and then you can get to WMC once you get on the PC), I don't personally know of anything that can do just that.
I'm not trying to criticize you, but you could also possibly just prioritize what you record and don't record everything but just the most important things and get by with your current disk drive. I've done that in the past. -
Try a different approach, convert your drives to dynamic disks and span the second disk partition onto the first, making the 2 disk one.

If the recent Microsoft commercials are to be believed, one can access one's home network remotely and watch WMC recordings on another computer with Internet access while away from home. I don't know the particulars on how this is accomplished, or if WMC itself can be set up to record or delete watched recordings as well. Hopefully, someone else will know more.

The ability to stream recordings from Windows Media Center is built into Windows 7 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/remote-media-streaming
Remote Potato offers the ability to control Windows 7 Media Center away from home http://ww2.fatattitude.com/software/software-about-remotepotato.aspx
Remote Desktop is another feature built into the Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate versions which might be used to manage recordings, but it isn't included with Windows 7 Home Premium. There is some information about adding remote access to Windows 7 Home premium here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STuE7KXuy7k -
While the original poster could indeed do this, it would not be my suggestion to do so. This makes a single point of failure in that when one of the disk drives goes bad, and eventually all disk drives go bad, it will cause the loss of everything on both drives. However, if the original poster is OK with this, that's fine. Do note that this cannot be undone without the loss of all data on the combined drive.
