    I have a Sony XR500 and decided to use the Sony Picture Motion Browser (because the Sony camcorder keeps resetting the file names to the next "available" number).

    Anyways, when I use the tool, I see the M2TS files, but it also creates an accompanying MODD file for each video file. Do I need to keep those files or can I delete them?
