    I want to make motion menus when I burn my VCD, so I looked through the forum for a while and saw that there were many programs to author VCD. So which one is the best one? Ulead MediaStudio 6.5? Ulead DVD Factory? Roxio WinOnCD 5?...

    for sheer power and control, use tscv + vcdimager... but it's more difficult than the other software u mentioned. it's free though.
