    Here we go !!
How can I join together an audio file (*.mp3) and a video (*avi) ?
can you please tell me which software I need and How to use it ?
I also want to add subtitles to my movie. Hence I wanna know How can I add subtitles to a movie ?
I have the choice between several subtitle languages. I was wondering if it is possible to change or remove the subtitles once you have installed it.

if you only going to play the avi and not convert it to anything you dont need to join them together. just get a divx player that have subtitle support or get vobsub, install it and then name the subtitles with same name as the video but with the extension .sub and the subs will automatically be added when playing with media player.
