Corrupt File Needs Fixing, PLZZZ

its a 7min clip but wont go past 30secs. its the 25th clip out of 25 of the ride out for Afghan Heroes Charity.

plz help and piece this clip back together.

I have tried with vlc, avidemux and ffmpeg without getting all frames back.

How did it get corrupt? Have you used any undelete software to restore the data?

I have no idea how it became so corrupt! But i just checked original copy on camera and that was is also buggered.

I keep trying to convince myself that there has to be away to mend it.
