AGC for recording a concert is a joke.

I'd take a half decent built-in mic with manual recording levels over a top of the range mic pushed through an AGC any day.

    Cheers,
    David.

  3. well i was just going through the manual and didn't realize that manually managing the audio controls will be so easy...just make sure the audio meter doesnt touch red mark(0 db)....if not just activate the mic attenuater..thats it....plug in headphones and enjoy...cant be simpler...Cant wait to get my hands on it....Now just need to finalize on the mic and get a tripod and a pair of headphones !!! Hurray !
