    hi.how do I seperate the tracks from a flac archive and what program can I use?

    I've never heard of a FLAC archive. Sometimes people put malware on the internet and tell you that you need a special program to play the file. Maybe that is what is happening here. If you download the special program you get your PC infected.

    If your download includes a .cue file,
    accessing the tracks individually is easy.

    Otherwise, it will be difficult.

    A brute force approach is to open the flac in audacity. You can easily see where the tracks start/end. Just copy each section and create
    new files.
