  1. Greetings,
    I use "VOB2MPG" to rip videos from DVDs. On some movies, I only get the audio portion.
    Anyone have any thoughts onwhy this would happen?

    What do you RIP/decrypt with? Like dvdfab decrypter or anydvd is required for commercial dvds. Vob2mpg is not a ripper.
    Or are you just converting from home made dvds?

    How do you test the video? Play with VLC Media Player.

  3. Straight from the DVD in the DVD-ROM? You don't decrypt it to the hard drive first? And you wonder why it doesn't work right?

  4. I pull it straight from the DVD to a hard drive.
    They are not homemade DVDs.
    Vob2mpg works on 90% of them.
    I didn't know anything about having to decrypt.
