  1. Hi everyone. Okay, I'm pretty sure I'm posting this in the correct place if not, sorry. Well onto my issue, for some reason MeGUI is encoding much slower than usual. After running a few filters and etc, I would get an average of 2-4 fps. Then I stopped encoding for a few weeks and picked it back up. However this time, (still running the same script for the most part), and it barely gets past .5 fps!

I've also reformatted so I barely have anything on the pc. I've installed, avisynth, MeGUI, & CCCP and still no luck (first pic is after reformat). Also did this since I saw this on digital digest (middle box, but do not recall doing before my little hiatus...)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  2. I personally uses K-Lite Codec Full.
You can try switching to that to see if it helps.

Before that, you can try checking H.264/AVC under your CCCP - FFDShow Settings and change your 32bit H264 decoder to ffdshow and see if it changes anything.

  3. Yeah no luck with that, however problem solved. I'm using an "older" version of MeGUI (1989svn) and everything is normal again.
    Thanks though
