I hope this is the right place to post this issue.

I usually use DVD Flick to convert mkv movies to DVD5 for the grandkids . The default size of the target file in the program is 4.3G which is what I always use. However with this one movie the resultant file size came up to be 4.8G ( very surprising) so obviously it cannot be burnt to DVDR. This has never happened before . The only way for me to fix this was to select a custom target file size of 4G . The converted file size then came out as 4.29G . Any idea why this is happening? Tks

Just wondering why it is oversized to begin with.

It might identify the source runtime/length incorrect(too low value).
