Hello, I ripped a DVD video for my MP3 player which only supports xvid and divx, since I can't find an divx converter for free, I chose xvid. No matter what quantizer I use for my vids, everytime they appear on the player, there are static pixels (pixels that stay on for the next frame) especially in dark frames, however this problem doesn't exist when played on vlc, its just on the player, is there any filter or something I can use to get rid of this problem, also I am using xvid4psp.

I suggest you post a short (~10 seconds or so) sample that shows the problem. You can use VirtualDub in Video -> Direct Stream Copy mode to mark and save a short clip.
