AVCHD conversion with MediaCoder

Hello,
I tried to transcode an AVCHD video (.mts) to another format (H.264 and Xvid), with no success.
MediaCoder crashes with JM Decoder + demux, OR in the others cases provides me a video 2x faster than original...

It only worked well with Handbrake. But not with avidemux.

Can you help me make this work with MediaCoder ?
I precise changing framerate (original is 50) doesn't make it better (tried 50, 25).

Anyway, I found a solution :
I copy video and audio, and set MP4 container.
Then, the transcoding works !
