hey well i was wondering if any1 knew of a really good site like this but about audio instead of video? in case some1 here knows about it, what im lookin for is a decent pair of external speakers i can hook up to a 35mm jack for an mp3 player, it's gotta sound good and be loud cuz i'll be mounting them on my motorcycle... i knwo they make them like that but they're in excess of $400 and above WAY outta my price range. thanks for any answerrs

That's not really an "audio" question, you are looking for a unique and specialized bit of hardware, with unusual mounting, weatherizing, and power requirements. You don't need an Audio Part, you need a Motorcycle Part. SFAIK, headphones mounted in the helmet is the way to go.

Try a internet search for 'marine speakers' and you should find quite a few weatherized speakers that may be suitable. Finding ones small enough may be a problem for a motorcycle, though I have seen similar mounted on scooters locally. Watch out for local sound ordinances, same as for car stereos, if you like them loud
