Does anyone know if there is a software or plugin for Vdub that will give a great frame capture from a video by using a few frames before and a few frames after, to interpolate a better frame grab?

If there's little motion you can use Temporal Smoother to reduce noise. If you're looking for a super resolution filter I'm not aware of any.

The only ones I 've seen are simple frame averager programs that rely on low motion. Like those like those used for astronomy since the 70's.
