    I'm making a VCD with Nero and when i open a new project then click on Video CD the menu tab button isn't there along with a couple other ones that are on the picture in your help section. Nero also won't recognize my CD burner. I then tried ULead DVD movie factory but that won't accept my mpg so my only hope is Nero I think.

    Sounds to me that u need to upgrade ur nero version.

    The newer the version, the more cd burners it supports and the more advanced features u can use
