    I was not provided with any installation CD with the bluetooth dongle I purchased. Where can I download the driver online? If I try to update the driver its says its up to the date but still not working properly. Please help.

    I have included some screenshots.

    What made you say it’s not working properly? The dialog box says it is. But if you’re not really sure, you can take advantage of an updater tool that will scan your system to do a precise search for the exact driver it wants. You can download one for free on certain driver download sites like driversupdate.org and driversdownloadhub.com. After determining the appropriate driver, the updater tool will perform a Bluetooth peripheral device driver download automatically.
