Mostly tv. But I do browse the internet and I do get a newspaper part of the week. When I'm in the car I usually have the radio on but mostly to the sports talk radio for that most important news about what matters most - SPORTS!

The internet. I don't have a TV, just a tuner card in one of my PCs, but I rarely use it.

either the internet (i check in on yahoo a couple of times a day for breaking news stories) or the radio as i'm driving.

rarely will i turn to tv news sources, most of the biased news outlets <cough>fox news</cough> have turned me off to tv news.

    Hmmm. Interesting.

Where I'm from, the "MS" in "MSNBC" stands for "mostly suspect."

Local TV news or PBS, radio, Internet and newspaper, but sad to say, less and less from the newspaper.

I get my news from the newspaper and TV with an internet chaser. For example, I'm listening to http://www.ustream.tv/channel/nhk-world-tv for nuclear disaster updates.

BBC World Service on the radio.
Most reliable news on the planet.
I buy the local newspaper just on Sundays now; I used to read it on the commute but now I work from home.

  14. Mostly, I don't care much for today's "news". Sometimes I'll hear a "headline" on the radio and research it on the internet, but the media outlets have turned news reporting into the equivalent of "reality" TV, you really have to dig too hard to find any reality.

  16. I live in Victoria BC, we don;t have news.

Have you noticed how as you get older, news is a bit like TV shows, all repeats.

    - Local paper first thing in the morning. No replacement for local news and sports.
    - CNN.com during the day.
    - TV for local and national/world news at night.

    Edit:
    - Local sports radio on my commute to/from work.
    Have a good one,

    - Get local news from local newspaper
    - Monitor CNBC when stock market is active and record pbs newshour for later viewing
    - For active stories like the Japan earthquake, I dig into the internet
    - Still get several trade magazines (paper and digital)
    - For general tech news I RSS several TWiT shows and watch live on weekends
