You could just get two of the same recorders and use the remote. That would trigger them both.

    Distribution amp, two recorders.
    Easy.

Get this for $115 + shipping:
    Datavideo VP-299 Distribution Amplifier @ http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/216915-REG/Datavideo_VP_299_VP_299_A_V_Distribut...3167/KBID/4166

Then add a DVD recorder. I suggest a good one, either
    (1) Panasonic DMR-EZ28K DVD Recorder, $200 at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0014F7Z94/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=thdifa-20&link...SIN=B0014F7Z94
    (2) Toshiba DR570 DVD Recorder, $157 at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001TOD3KK/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=thdifa-20&link...SIN=B001TOD3KK
Not some random crap from the "local" store (Best Buy, Walmart, etc)

And to answer the original question, I doubt if such a unit exists. In the UK we have a Sky+ box which has twin tuners and is capable of recording separate signals on to internal HDDs at the same time. But I have never seen a unit with twin disk recorders.

So the above suggestions are appropiate and as hech54 states if you have access to a PC burner you can duplicate a single disk in less than 20 minutes(allows for creating the image and writing it to a blank disk). Surely you can spare 20 minutes ?

You're too polite to say it, but the original post is yet the latest variation on the old "I want something that no one else in the world wants. So why doesn't it exist?" topic.

  11. You say no time to duplicate, but doesn't that only take like 5 minutes @22x?

If it was a file you could just post it on the net & everyone could get it right away.

Maybe relative disk-burning speeds are OT here and while there does exist 22x burners is there actually any 22x certified blank media ?

I quoted 20 minutes simply as, possibly over-cautiously, I always burn my 16x media at 8x. The burning time is then longer but I do believe that burns are less liable to go bad. And the last thing the OP needs is a bad copy.
