i think it has do do with something called brightcove, then plays the ad at rogers, then runs that video with the "value="96521212001""

I can't watch it either but found rtmpe urls. StreamTransport, CooJah or RTMPDump should work.

Yes, RTMPDump has downloaded that show OK here using your command.

I tried rtmpsrv and rtmpsuck and StreamTransport and URLsnooper2 but none of them could find a link because the video wouldn't play.

How did you go about finding that RTMPDump command if it wouldn't play for you either?

I searched the Temporary Internet Files folder and found the file "amf?playerId=64541073001" that contained the rtmpe links. I took the swf player information from a short video on citytv.com that I could watch.
