I have a SB Live! soundcard and for a long time I've used the included PlayCenter (updated to last version released) to play/rip CDs. Today I finally upgraded to Creative's current media player: Creative MediaSource.

So I launched the program and attemped to rip a track from one of my music CDs only to find this new media player from Creative doesn't support .MP3 for ripping. Upon further research I learned I need something called the "Creative Audio Pack" to add .mp3 support. I'm unable to locate this anywhere.

Anyone know where I can get this? Is there another solution?

There are HUNDREDS of CD ripping programs....most of them are free.
    CDEX is my personal favorite.
