I have a strange problem any Ideas?

I have been recording back ups of my video collection to VCD I am using an ati radeon 64 meg card and the capture files work great. The audio and video are in perfect sync until I burn them to CD. I have used several differnt programs to burn to CD. Currently I am using Uleads moviefactory. The really strange part is I have recorded three DVDs from my DVD player into the same capture card with all the same settings then burned them to CD usig the same method and ulead movie factory and they work fine only the vhs tapes are causing me the problem. the burned cd of the VHS tapes startout in sync then quickly begin to lose sync as they play. The burned cd of the dvd play fine all the way through. the mpeg files play fine on the Pc for both. any IdeasThanks Jim

My answer will probably not be the answer that you want to hear, but if no-one comes up with a solution, then you can give it a try.

Some players will get out of sync when a menu is used. Can you try buring your VCDs again with another program as Ulead? Maybe this helps.
