AVISYNTH: 23,976 (or 24p) --> 50i / what's a practical script?

I thought somthing like:

ChangeFPS(50)
Separatefields()
SelectEvery(4,0,3)
Weave()

Apparently works but if I try "Yadif x2" in VLC deinterlacing options (which should simulate analog PAL deinterlacing) and it's a mess!
With simple "Yadif" works great...
What's wrong with it?

Try adding AssumeTFF() before ChangeFSP(). Be sure you re encoding interlaced with the right field order (BFF with your original script, TFF after adding AssumeTFF()).
