size problem with brrip

okey, i have spend 4 days learning how make a blu-ray rip and so on, i've used this guide:

. i have little problem with size of it, it always is about 4-5gb and bitrate is 881kbps.. so the video is 2h58min long and audio track is 570mb (448kbps). so what is my problem? how can i configure it to be 2-3gb size?

why? at under 1000kbps it already sucks badly.

tried already with 1900kbps but always same, little bit confusing what im doing wrong. i'll make a rip and post mediainfo
