I have played around with the settings in Options of MPC-HC. Also tried options with Win7DSFilter Tweaker that had been installed on my computer and still can't put to work MPC-HC to play this file. I copied this file to my another computer Win7 Ultimate that has ffdshow installed (if it does matter). I checked ffdshow with different settings and can't achieve my goal either. Audio works on both computers.
I know that the same file works in MPC-HC on someone else computer (Vista, 64-bit).

    Any advice, please.

Sorry, I forgot to mention about this. I did it, too. Still can't play it back. Sounds like something is screwed up with installation of this codec. Once I click on the button to install, it takes only a fraction of second and it says that the codec has been installed. Can't see a trace of this anywhere.
