Converting NVC files to AVI or MPEG4

I have created a slideshow presentation in Nero 7 and it will only allow me to burn the project to CD or DVD. The presentation is a mother's day program I would like to upload to Facebook. There is not an option in Nero 7 to convert the file for that that upload attempt. Do I need to create the slideshow in another program or is there a way to convert the file to AVI or MPEG4 which would allow me to upload it to Facebook?

Maybe output to dvd and the convert the dvd to avi/mp4 with autogk, handbrake, etc.

Or use a better slideshow software that can output to more formats like dvdslideshow gui(free) or proshow.
