    Hi, I would like to ask for help,
    if anyone know any good converting program from MKV to AVI (mpeg-4) codec which one at the same time add subtitle to the video file?

    I think format factory can do that. Burned in subtitles in the video then.

    Also Quick Avi Creator will burn in the sub during conversion at least for external .srt files.
