Impossible to tell from that.

The are several models DC60, DC60+ and many fakes. The latest is the ezcap116 and you can only really guarantee getting the geniune article by buying direct from the manufacturer.

I'll tell you how you can go wrong - endless time fiddling with something that's cheap and works bad, bad results you will regret, and maybe even problems with your PC.

I agree with DB83 - buy the real thing from the Source. This way, for just a few bucks, you can feel safe.

According to the maker of the genuine products, anything sold as new under the EasyCAP name at present is a counterfeit. The makers of the genuine product switched to using the trademarked name EZCap for their merchandise and stopped making any of the products presently sold under the "EasyCap" name some time ago.

Did you go to the ORIGINAL EZCap website?

Be warned. Sadly there are lots of fakes now made in China. To combat this, the manufacturer has had to change their trading name from Easycap to the trademarked name ezcap

Personally I find this unit only gets attention due to its price on eBaY, otherwise there are several other very good options in this category of USB RCA/S-Video sticks.

If it's good quality or not is one thing, but the only sure way is to get a "real" one, and not a fake, is directly from the manufacturer, as was mentioned in this thread.
