Burning with Roxio WinOnCd 5 Power Edition

Hiya, i'm a little confused...any enlightenment will help.

I burned a slideshow with Roxio's WinOnCd 5 Power Edition
on my work pc, and it worked fine on my home dvd player.
When I burn it on my home pc, I get lines in most of the pictures
and the menu.

My work pc is a Gateway 1.4 Ghz with 256 MB RAM running
Windows 2000 and burning at 10X.

My home pc is home built, only 450Mhz with 384 MB RAM running
Windows 98 and burning at 8X.

I've tried so many times, and made so many coasters. I've used
rewritables and recordables, different brands, different speeds.

Any other ideas? Could it be the OS? That would seem weird to me.

Did you check in the setup ?? there are settings for ntsc or pal and image size settings. I would double check those first and see how they compare on both systems.
