Sometimes no audio when recording DVD using DVD MovieFactory 5 SE

Hope i chose the right forum to post this question.

As the title says, I'm having some trouble with the program ULEAD DVD MovieFactory 5 SE occasionally (although it seems the problem is not in the software).

Some of the clips i want to record end up without any audio on DVD. All the clips I use are the same, so I don't understand what causes this problem that most clips are alright, but some kept being recorded to DVD without sound. The original clip DOES have sound. The files I record are .mpg files I get from my TV card COMPRO Vista E800F.

Tried recording the problematic clips again but again same result. Even tried using several other programs with the same result, I managed to record one of the clips using a random trial program I found on the internet but it kept adding watermarks to the clip which was annoying, so i deleted it afterwards (not sure anymore what the title of the software was).

It's getting realy annoying.
Does anyone got any idea what I should try to do to solve this?
