Im puzzled to what format (Pal/NTSC) this divx is and so im unsure which tmpgenc template to use, the full details of the file are, 640 x 272, 24 Bits, 145484 Frames, 24.032 Frames/Sec, 118 KB/Sec, DIVXMPG4 V3.
Can anyone help?
