Is there a way (an option) to include subtitles in the output when using VOB2MPEG? I have a foreign film on DVD and need the subtitles to make the output useful.

Are you sure that they aren't included? The player must support it, like VLC. See https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/319805-VOB2MPG-Subtitles?p=1980233&viewfull=1#post1980233

If you want burned in subs you must use something else.

I used windows media player and the sub titles do not show, I will investigate this further.

So, you say the MPEG2 format should support a separate or embedded subtitle stream?

Question - I just ran into the same issue regarding subtitle support. Baldrick's link makes it extremely clear that this should work and subs should be preserved, however it didn't seem to do it for me (free version) - I can see subtitles with MPC-HC when playing from the VIDEO_TS folder so I know they are there in the source.

Is subtitle support/transfer only available in the PRO version? Thanks! Very neat program by the way.

**EDIT** Never mind.. I loaded VLC and it appears the subs are there... Leaving my question up in case anyone else has this query.. I'm surprised MPC-HC doesn't appear to know that subs exist within the .mpg file... but VLC found them **/EDIT**
