How to make the best quality TV RIP in Avisynth-Megui?????HELP please

I have tried for about 6 months to make my TV rip as the british tv rip.
but I couldn't make it still now,my tv signal is DTH.I record in DVD LONG PLAY quality.
I use virtualdub for last few months after several failures in Megui-avisynth.

source is interlaced,the main needs:----
1>Trim the advertise portions.
2> Remove the channel Logo(opaque logo)
3>Use my transparent static or dynamic logo which is alpha enabled

beside this I haven't enough idea about filtering,
whenever I try in scripting,always it gives me error.
my aim is to make THE BEST quality RIP.plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me.

I would guess that most warez tvrips are from digital HD sources nowadays. So it would be hard to get similar quality from interlaced SD video.

My TV signal is also Digital one,it is De-interlaced,but not sure if it is HD or not,actually don't know.

What are you doing, explaining all steps. Capturing for DVD, to upload, what?

TV rip means that capturing a program from TV with TV TUNER CARD(I use Pinnacle) in DVD/DVD LONG PLAY quality,as DVD quality takes almost 9 GB in 3 hrs,so I usually use the other which takes almost 6 GB,

all the TV channel has their own channel LOGO,so I wanted to remove that logo and use my own logo on the other space over the screen.

I have samples of these qualities,so you can understand all the thing,what should be the script,filters........

Why would anyone want to spend time on a news program? I had a look at one of them and I don't see any point in doing anything to it, certainly not replacing the logo with a blur or your own useless logo. Or did I misunderstand and what you want is to blur the one logo and then deface a different part of the video with your own logo? Don't you understand, all logos are vile, the ones the stations add as well as the ones people add. It is not OK to add your own logo to a video. I know it's the accepted practice in India for everything to have a logo, TV, VCD, DVD, and maybe you get the idea that logos are normal, good even. That's not true.

Because that original logo is opaque, whatever was once under it is gone and now it can only be blurred, pretty much.

No,No,I had uploaded a sample few months ago,that was recorded & uploaded just for sample making,yes that was the news channel in BENGAL,

actually,I just want to blur the channel logo for easy viewing.
ok,forget the logo part.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO APPLY THE FILTERING TO GET THE BEST QUALITY OUTPUT WITH OPTIMUM SIZE,THAT IS ENCODING SETTINGS.I NEED THAT SUITABLE TYPE OF OF AVISYNTH SCRIPT.
